RetiredResources.com is a service that offers jobseekers who are retired but not yet tired, and those who want to count themselves in that group, a place to build a profile that can be searched by companies who are looking for experienced talent.At this moment RetiredResources.com operates free for all participants. Donations are appreciated to continue to keep this service free.
This service is build from the jobseekers perspective and continues to keep the jobseekers contact details confidential until the jobseeker is ready to release it to the searching company.
In a way this is the reverse of a headhunter's approach where sometimes the identity of the company is not revealed until later in the process.
We believe there is a need for this service and are eager to see it develop.
