Chopard offer lady’s and gent’s timepieces borne out of passion stemming from Louis Ulysse Chopard watchmaking skills, which finally led to him opening the L.U.C. Manufacture in 1860. It is a little known fact that the Chopard name was founded on exemplary watch making, despite the high end jewellery they are now equally respected for. Once a year the new owner, Karl Freidrich Scheufelle, sponsors and takes part in the famous Mille Miglia race series. Special watches are created annually to celebrate this. The L.U.C. line of watches are dedicated to full in-house, high complication timepieces, some of which have received the Geneva Seal.
