Citizen was founded in 1930 and has a long history of creating accurate and reliable watches. Since 1995 they have constantly developed their proprietary Eco-drive© light power source system. Innovating to the extreme, Citizen now have the world record for the slimmest solar powered watch (less than 3mm case depth!) and the most accurate solar powered wrist watch, performing to less than 1 second per year!.
