Exercise mind and body

When Sonia Chivers retired five years ago, she knew it was important to keep her mind and body active.
That’s why the Mississauga resident joined the Body and Mind Exercise Group at Erin Mills Town Centre. Today, Chivers and some 150 other members celebrated the group’s 12th anniversary.
The non-profit morning exercise group promotes an active, healthy lifestyle. Exercise routines are developed based on the movements and theories of tai chi, kung fu and Chinese choreography
