Grand Seiko Mechanical Hi-Beat 36,000 Diver’s Titanium
The high specifications of this diver’s watch are in accordance with the latest strict international ISO 6425 diver’s watch requirements for quality and clear visibility.
This model is powered by the 9S85 Mechanical movement, sophisticated watchmaking innovation through the precision controlling mainspring, the hairspring, and the escapement. Together the movement showcases the power and dynamism of the Mechanical Hi-Beat 36,000 with a power reserve of 55 hours.
Water resistant to a depth of 200 metres, this watch features LumiBrite for high visibility underwater and in less well-lit situations. Designed for use in some of the most unforgiving environments, the one-way rotating bezel is removable for simple maintenance, while the area around the crown has been crafted to ensure that residue can be easily washed off.
With a mirror-finished case achieved through Zaratsu polishing, a lustrous rotating bezel, and multi-faceted cut indices, each hand is different, to ensure that the time can be read easily and without error and the triangular marker at twelve o’clock ensures that, even at depth, no mistake
is made.
The diver’s safety is what matters most and the rotating bezel is built for security. Of course, its rotation is uni-directional but it offers additional security and precision in that each click is for 30 seconds and not 60. It has deep grooves so that it can be turned accurately, even with dive gloves on.
This watch is unmistakably Grand Seiko in its appearance, high specifications and durability.
Every component is built to last, but all divers know that their watch needs regular maintenance, just like every other device on which his or her life may depend. This is why the case, stem pipe and crown are designed for secure servicing and even the bezel has a four-part design that makes for easy disassembly and re-assembly at the Grand Seiko Service Centers.
Every Grand Seiko features signature high standards of precision, durability and legibility, handcrafted in Japan by Takumi artisans.
Grand Seiko: beautifully, precise Japanese watchmaking, from the pinnacle of Seiko Watch Corporation’s in-house ‘manufacture.’
