The firm is immediately seeking to hire an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and collaborative Marketing & Business Development Director to lead the firm-wide client development efforts. Reporting to the firm?s Managing Partner and collaborating with other partners and functional departments, the Marketing & Business Development Director will manage, direct, administer and coordinate marketing department responsibilities and oversee a growing team of full-time and departmentally split resources. This opportunity is well-suited for an energetic Manager or Coordinator with large law firm experience who is seeking a next-level opportunity in a highly profitable and growing firm focused on emerging industries and technologies. •Experience leading client pitch, proposals, and RFP response production
•Familiarity with Client Relationship Management Systems and related data
•Proficiency in supervising & motivating subordinates while working within the team
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•Ability to manage priorities and workflow for self and team
•Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with high quality deliverables without compromising work quality
•Solid judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
•Proficient in MS Office, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Survey Monkey and similar platforms
•Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
•Creative, flexible, and proactive team player
