Description
What you’ll be doing:
· Coordinate and track project documentation, maintain project records for quick access and future reference
· Coordinate team meetings, book conference space large enough for the group, create and distribute the team agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes
· Track, research and reconcile budgets, and schedule
· Collaborate across teams to gather information necessary to support the department projects and operations
· Report overall project health and status, track risk mitigation strategies and issue resolutions
Develop presentations suitable for the attending audience
