The Project Manager, North America Social Impact, is responsible for supporting the management of multiple projects, reporting, measurement and evaluation, process management, and engaging internal stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing according to plans. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, North America Social Impact, this role helps build the Center’s footprint in the US and Canada.

Role
• Manage internal and external stakeholders/partnerships in North America to ensure timely delivery of outputs
• Assist the Senior Vice President and the team with the formation of new processes for tracking and managing multiple projects
• Support governance, timely reporting, and communications of program results
• Actively engage with the Center team and participate in cross-team projects as needed
• Problem-solve and iterate as lessons are learned
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed

All About You
• Demonstrated project management and execution skills with strong ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Proven skills in managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
• Experience in development issues (particularly for North America), philanthropy and/or grant making
• Prior experience working in, engaging or researching the needs of micro, small & medium enterprises, low wage workers or other ‘bottom of pyramid’ populations
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and respond to urgent, unanticipated requests
• Superior written and oral communications skills in English and ability to assemble compelling PowerPoint presentations
