Program / Project Manager
Capital Program Management (CPM) is a consulting firm specializing in the planning and management of capital outlay building programs for public and institutional clients. CPM seeks a Project / Construction Manager (PM/CM) to work with our clients within eastern San Mateo County. You will travel frequently to client and construction locations, but your office will be your home. CPM provides all the technology-related equipment needed.
CPM seeks PM/CM to assist with program management, project management, planning, design phase services and construction phase management supporting institutional and public works modernization and new construction programs.
Job Duties include:
Owner’s representative, managing scope, scheduling, budgeting and overseeing the work of the architect, builder, and various consultants for our client(s). Job Responsibilities include managing pre-construction and construction implementation project(s) from conception to completion, coordinating and working with architects, contractors, project inspectors, A/E, testing lab, etc., reviewing work progress on a daily basis, preparing reports, meeting minutes, and documentation pertaining to various elements of job status, reviewing RFI’s, processing construction documentation, preparing and negotiating change orders, processing pay applications, and monitoring the project(s) scope, schedule and budgets.
