Our client, a world leading Pharmaceutical company in Spring House, PA is currently looking for a Project Manager II / Clinical Trials to join their expanding team

  • Duration: 6 months contract, Extendable up to 24 months

Job Details:

  • This position is primarily responsible for all study implementation activities required for digital health solutions supported by GCDO. The incumbent will be required to provide subject matter expertise in study procedures and processes. The incumbent is expected to maintain an awareness of industry benchmarks and evaluate innovative new technologies to ensure Connected Health Solutions (CHS) processes are at the 'best practice' level of performance.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure study processes exist and are aligned with technologies used in respective studies
  • Ensure study UAT process is established and maintained
  • Implement study UAT automation where possible
  • Standard reports are accurate and in place according to stakeholder requirements – common approach on report configuration specifications
  • Establish process to be able to handle translations as a study package
  • Ensure system training is rolled out to correct stakeholders
  • All training requirements are included
  • Install subject matter experts/champions
  • Process to collect study feedback & lessons learned
  • When scale-up applies, ensure vendor/system Core team meetings (EBIS Team / IPE (Business Owner / IT) are installed in close collaboration with system implementation lead
  • Support development of User Management Process for respective technologies
  • Support study implementation of new development projects

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (University degree) or equivalent education required; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years of operational experience in clinical trials with a pharmaceutical company and/or a CRO is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical development processes, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices for vendor management is required.
  • Demonstrated the ability to influence the decision-making processes and achieve results
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and facilitate change; must work well in a dynamic environment, prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business
  • Good understanding of the therapeutic areas where pharmaceutical client is involved is required.
  • Experience with self service provides, digital platforms and technologies is preferred


  • Project Management Certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
