Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Titusville / Raritan, NJ

Duration: 12 months+

Job Description:

The PM is responsible for ensuring that assigned projects and overall Pharm portfolio adhere to Pharm sector expectations for project management, scope management, governance and risk management, leveraging program best practices where appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall portfolio end-to-end planning and delivery of identified key outputs (charter, timelines, etc.)
  • Ensures adherence to overall project methodology
  • Actively manages action, risk, issue and decision management (RAID log)
  • Prepares and reports on portfolio progress and tracking of milestones (Dashboards) for varying governance levels within the organization
  • Supports scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, follow-ups
  • Change Impact Assessment and Planning
  • Plans, coordinates, and tracks all project-level change management activities (business change management, training, and communications)

  • Ability to appropriately identify project needs and adapt methodology to support delivery
  • Execution focused (translate strategy into tangible actions and outcomes)
  • Ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without formal authority
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Ability to develop project strategies, plans and budget scenarios
  • Demonstrated crucial conversation and conflict resolution skill expertise
  • Subject matter expert of Project Management practices and tools (i.e. Visio and MS Project)
